Winter hiking

Validity

• The hiking pass is valid 7 days a week, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., on the territory of Mont-Orford.
• Quantities are limited and the product may no longer be available without notice.
• Price and conditions may change without notice.

Purchase

• Age on December 1, 2023. An identity card will be required for each holder when picking up their winter hiking pass.
• Furthermore taxes.
• Rates and conditions subject to change without notice.

Restrictions

• The winter hiking pass cannot be sold or reproduced.

Refund/loss/theft

• In the event of loss or theft, the subscriber must immediately notify the station. A payment of $5 will be required in order to issue a duplicate pass. Non refundable.
• No refund can be demanded if the resort has to close for part or all of the winter season, in the event, for example, where the snowfall is not abundant enough or if there is an inability to the Corporation to operate the station for one major reason. The number of hours of operation of the artificial snowmaking system will be determined exclusively by the Corporation. The Corporation does not commit to opening the ski resort after April 1, 2024, even if snow conditions permit.
• Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, unless you have taken advantage of cancellation protection.
